AAD17 LLC is looking for an Accounting Manager to maintain the financial wellness and integrity of the company. Prepare reports for company leads, and develop standards and processes for proper financial management. Overseeing organizational systems for gathering data, analyzing information, providing recommendations for improving accounting methods. Understanding all types of financial operations of the company and how they work together including debts, assets, cash forecasting, payroll, capital assets and revenue analysis. Implementation of new financial initiatives and generate reports to share progress with their team. Make suggestions on overall company strategies to meet goals about financial transactions.

staff supervisory experience as well as experience in preparing general ledgers, financial reports, budgetary reports and financial forecasting. They will work with the company’s executive director, finance director, chief financial officer and other senior management executives to improve the financial reporting and develop more efficient workflow processes.

Administrator Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy
  • Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
  • Handle the company’s transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting
  • Perform the company’s financial audits
  • Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
  • Monitor and analyze financial accounting data
  • Create financial reports based on data analysis
  • Make recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Improve the financial reporting and develop more efficient workflow processes.
  • Accurately handle the financial details of the company,
  • Assess risks and implement the big-picture accounting strategies necessary to balance company finances.
  • Taking the initiative to seek out inefficiencies and improving upon them.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations
  • Experience in working with accounting software and databases
  • Superior data management and data analysis skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy
  • Two or more years of work experience as Accounting Manager or Finance Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Staff supervisory experience as well as experience in preparing general ledgers, financial reports, budgetary reports and financial forecasting.

Education & Training Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field is required. Master’s degree or higher preferred. At least two to five years of work experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity. A strong work ethic.
